How to make SHAKEY’S MOJOS
Hey guys!, finally found something
random to blog(I just miss it anyway.) As you can see the photo below are mojos just like what you eat in Shakey’s, I served those as my contribution to Mother’s day! HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY/MONTH!
- Evaporated Milk/Milk
- Chicken Breading
- Vegetable oil
[OPTIONAL STEP] BAKE the potatoes on a tray covered with greased aluminum foil at 375° for 30 to 40mins. THIS STEP IS FOR TENDERIZING THE POTATOES.
SLICE the potatoes lengthwise. You can slice it thin or average thick.
DIP each sliced potatoes into the milk then dredge it to the chicken breading.
DEEP FRY the coated potatoes for 1 to 2mins-for the baked ones and 3mins for the unbaked OR until golden brown.
DRAIN on a paper towel and SERVE with gravy or sour cream!
